Why has my payment failed?

Either you haven’t got enough money in your account, or there’s an issue with your card.

If you miss a payment, you can carry on enjoying endless data for social apps and all your other VOXI benefits for 2 days. On day 3 you’ll be opted out.

But if you put more money in your bank account or update your card before your 2 extra days are up, you won’t be opted out. We’ll try to take your payment once on each day (so 3 times in total). If it goes through, you won’t be opted out - so the quicker you update, the quicker you can get back to enjoying your next 30 day plan with us.
