How can we help you?

What does endless mean?

Endless means unlimited use.

Endless social data means unlimited use of these social apps without eating your data:

Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Viber and Facebook Messenger.

Your endless social data also applies to the websites of these listed apps; So whether you’re on Facebook.com or the Facebook app, you still won’t eat into your data. Anything else you do online, such as browsing websites, sending emails and using maps comes out of your general data.

Streaming videos and music on sites and apps such as YouTube, Netflix and Spotify will come out of your general data if you don't add a video or music pass to your plan. (They give you unlimited streaming on selected apps, without using your data - but subscriptions to the services themselves - such as your monthly Netflix subscription - are not included).

What can I use my endless video data for?

What can I use my endless music data for?

Just a few things to remember:

  • To keep your endless data active, you must always have some of your general data left. It doesn’t matter how little, just as long as there’s some data there. If you completely use up the data on your plan, your endless social data and endless music and video passes will become inactive.
  • If you run out of data, don’t worry – you can always add a 1GB extra for just £3.

Making and receiving voice and video calls on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp and Instagram is not included in your endless social data

Does my endless data cover videos, music and other content within apps?
