All VOXI phones sent by DPD can be tracked from the minute they leave our warehouse.
You'll receive emails from DPD letting you know when your phone will arrive - each of these notifications will have a link allowing you to track and change your delivery.
You can also use your DPD consignment number and postcode at www.dpd.co.uk to check your delivery status anytime.
If your SIM, phone or accessory is sent by Royal Mail, we don't use a tracked service, but you won’t need to sign for them.
