How can I track my delivery?

All VOXI phones sent by DPD can be tracked from the minute they leave our warehouse. On the day before your delivery, you’ll receive an email from DPD confirming your delivery date. You’ll receive another with your allocated hourly slot on the morning of delivery. Each of these notifications will have a link allowing you to track and change your delivery.

You can also use your DPD consignment number and postcode at to check your delivery status anytime.

If your SIM, phone or accessory is sent by Royal Mail, we don’t use a tracked service, however you won’t need to sign for them. If they won’t fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave instructions on how you can collect them from the local depot or rearrange delivery.
