What happens if I miss the delivery of my phone and/or accessories?

If you miss the delivery of your items, you will receive a notification and a ‘missed delivery’ card from DPD. You can use the link in the DPD notification to select a new delivery date.

If you don’t select a new date, DPD will automatically try to deliver your items again the following day.

If you miss the second delivery of your items, you will receive another ‘missed delivery card’ from DPD and your items will be sent to your nearest DPD depot. You can collect your items from the depot for up to 5 days before your items are returned to VOXI.
