  1. Connect to WiFi and text WEB to 40127 (free from your VOXI mobile)
  2. You’ll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way
  3. You’ll receive a second text containing the settings – simply follow the instructions and save the settings to complete the setup
    Please note – on Android this message will come through as a notification or it may go into your configuration. On iPhone, this message will come through as a text.

I haven’t received the text message or it hasn't worked 

If you didn’t get the text and have checked the configuration folder, or if you followed the instructions in the text and are still having problems, you will need to update your APN settings manually.

If your Android device isn’t listed in the guide, you can enter the information below to manually configure your phone for data. You’ll need to check your phone's manual or the manufacturers website for specific instructions on how to enter these.

You may need to re-enter these settings after software updates or if your device is ever reset.
