We're sad to see you go and if there's anything we can do to change your mind, get in touch and we'll do our best to help you.

There are a few ways to leave VOXI. Firstly, as all VOXI plans are flexible monthly subscriptions, just sign into your account anytime, go to 'plans' and stop your plan. You don't need to remove your card - you will be automatically opted out and will no longer be charged for your plan and any extras you have. Your line will also be disconnected within 6 - 9 months if you do not reactivate your plan.

You can also leave VOXI using a PAC or STAC code. You can get these via your online account in the section called ‘Leave VOXI’, over the phone or via text message. Call our dedicated PAC line on 08080057451 or text PAC to 65075 or STAC to 75075.Your code will be texted to you within 1 minute. 

If you’ve left VOXI within the last 60 days, you can request a refund of any remaining credit and any completely unused bundles. This can be done by chatting to us using the Chat to us Online button.
