If you had:
- One number on your account, get in touch using the chat button below to get your PAC
- Multiple numbers on your account, give us a call on 08080057451 to get your PAC
If it’s been over 30 days since you left, unfortunately we can’t give you a PAC to keep your number.
Remember: it can take up to two working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) for your number to transfer once you give your PAC to your new provider.
- If you give your PAC to your new provider before 5pm Monday - Friday, your number should transfer the next working day
- If you give your PAC after 5pm, it can take two working days
You might experience loss of service on the day your number is transferred.
