If you've forgotten your username or password, you can reset them here.

There are a few steps you can take to help you get back into your online account.

First, make sure you've activated your SIM. It can sometimes take up to 24 hours for your online account to become available after activating your SIM.

If your SIM's already active and you've given it 24 hours:

  • Clear the cache and cookies in your internet browser, close your browser, then re-open it and try again
  • If that doesn’t work, try logging in using a different internet browser
  • If you still can't log in, reset your password. We'll send you a temporary password by email - once you've logged in, you can set a new password
