Visual Voicemail is free to use at home and abroad, and it doesn’t come out of your Plan allowance. To make use of it, you'll need the following:
- An iPhone 5s or newer (Visual Voicemail isn't currently available for Android phones)
- iOS 12.0 or a more recent version
- An active mobile data connection
If you have all of the above, then Visual Voicemail will be activated when you turn your phone on for the first time.
If Visual Voicemail isn't active when you switch on your phone, text STATE to 100121 to turn it on. You’ll then need to restart your device.
