Our returns policy gives you 14 days to change your mind, from the day you get your phone - whatever the reason. Just chat to us using the button below - we can send you a returns label via email, or post out a pre-printed returns label (2-5 days for delivery).

If you want to exchange your phone for a different one, you can order a new one after your return's done.

You’ll need to make sure that you return everything you received with your phone, including headphones, charger and cable and any other accessories and that everything is boxed securely and protected, so that it doesn’t get damaged. Please also make sure that you deactivate the Find My iPhone feature, if you've activated it.

Once we receive the phone, our engineers will check it for damage and your refund will be processed. Charges may apply to use the services until you cancel your order.

A few points to make you aware of:

  • You can't return your phone at a Vodafone store
  • If you've purchased your phone or accessories with PayPal Credit, you'll need to contact PayPal on 0800 368 7155 for the terms of financing
  • New customers must buy with a minimum £10 Plan. You can't partially return an order; if you purchase a SIM and handset together and want to return within your 14 day cooling off period, you'll need to return both. See our Returns Policy for more information
