If a fault occurs in the first 30 days after buying your phone, please get in touch using the button below - we’ll need to check and test the phone or accessory for you. If this confirms a fault, you can have your device repaired, replaced or simply return it. 

If it's after 30 days, we’ll try to repair the device for you. If the fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you won't pay anything. If it’s damaged rather than faulty, we’ll let you know how much the repair will cost before we take any action.
