Most of our devices are already unlocked. Try using a SIM from another network in your phone before requesting a code - if it works, your phone is already unlocked.
Phones from the following companies are always sold unlocked: Apple, Google, OnePlus, Oppo, Xiaomi.
Unfortunately, we can't supply a NUC if you didn’t buy your phone directly from VOXI or Vodafone - for example, if you bought it from Carphone Warehouse. Please contact the shop where you bought it.
