How do I set up my phone for using data?

Can't use your data, get online or send picture messages? You may need to update your settings.

  1. Connect to WiFi and text WEB to 40127 (free from your VOXI mobile)
  2. You’ll receive a text to let you know your settings are on their way
  3. You’ll receive a second text containing the settings – simply follow the instructions and save the settings to complete the setup
    Please note – on Android, this message may go into the configuration folder, rather than your usual text message folder

I haven’t received the text message

If you didn’t get the text and have checked the configuration folder, or if you followed the instructions in the text and are still having problems, you will need to update your APN settings manually.

  • Go to Device guides
  • Choose 'Phone'
  • Choose your device make and model
  • Choose Set up phone for internet and follow the setup instructions

If your device isn’t listed or if Set up phone for internet is not listed as an option, try searching online for the setup instructions.

You can also use the manual settings below. However, you’ll need to refer to your phone's user guide or the manufacturer's website for instructions on how to enter these.  These settings can generally be found within the ‘Mobile Data’ or ‘Mobile Networks’ sections within your phone settings.
