How can we help you?

There are a few reasons we might not be able to take payment from your card:

  1. Insufficient funds - check there's enough money in your bank account to cover the payment
  2. Your card has expired - you'll need to update your account with your new card details
  3. We don't have the right card details - sign in to your VOXI account and check that the last 4 digits of your card match those on the account

If you miss a payment (for any of the above reasons), you can carry on enjoying unlimited data for social apps and all your other VOXI benefits for 2 days. On day 3 you’ll be opted out.

But if you put more money in your bank account or update your card before your 2 extra days are up, you won’t be opted out. We’ll try to take your payment once on each day (so 3 times in total). If it goes through, you won’t be opted out - so the quicker you update, the quicker you can get back to enjoying your next 30 day plan with us.
