From 06/05/2020, Viber will no longer be included as an Endless Social Media partner, meaning that any data used on Viber will be deducted from your standard data allowance. Your unlimited standard calls, unlimited standard texts and unlimited picture messages will be unaffected by this change.

 

Why will Viber no longer be included?

Due to issues beyond VOXI’s control, we can no longer guarantee that any data used on Viber would not be deducted from your standard data allowance. After discussing with Viber, we have agreed to remove the app from Endless Social Media to ensure users of Viber will not be charged for using the app.

 

Are any other apps affected?

Viber is the only app in Endless Social Media that is affected by this change.

 

When will this take effect?

Viber will no longer be included in Endless Social Media from 06/05/2020. To give you enough time to understand what’s changing, VOXI has informed all of its customers who use Viber 30 days prior to 06/05/2020. 

 

Do I need to do anything?

No. This change will happen automatically so there’s nothing you need to do.

 

Can I still use Viber?

Yes. You will still be able to use Viber on your VOXI plan but unless you are doing so over a Wi-Fi connection all data you use on Viber will be deducted from your general-purpose data allowance included as part of your VOXI plan.
